Wayland
Wayland is mostly mid-century ranches and split-levels around Cochituate, with older colonials near the town centre and the Sudbury River meadows. A great many of the kitchens are 1990s and 2000s rear additions, where a built-in refrigerator sits in a run of custom cabinetry rather than a standard alcove.
