What This Means

Parts Warranties

Parts warranties vary: - OEM parts: Manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year) - Our installed parts: Minimum 90 days - Compressors: Often 5+ years from manufacturer

What's Not Covered

Our warranty doesn't cover: - Different problems than originally repaired - Damage from misuse or accidents - Problems caused by other repair attempts - Cosmetic issues - Normal wear items (filters, light bulbs)

Making a Warranty Claim

If a repaired problem recurs: 1. Call us with your original invoice number 2. Describe the recurring issue 3. We'll schedule a return visit 4. Show original invoice to technician
