What to Expect During Your First Service Call

When you schedule your first service call with Sub-Zero Repair Wayland, here's what you can expect:

Before the Visit

  • We'll confirm your appointment with a call or text
  • You'll receive the technician's estimated arrival window
  • Gather any information about your appliance (model number, when the problem started)

During the Visit

Our technician will: 1. Arrive in a clearly marked service vehicle 2. Introduce themselves and show ID if requested 3. Ask about the problem you're experiencing 4. Inspect the appliance and diagnose the issue 5. Explain what's wrong and provide repair options 6. If you approve, complete the repair 7. Test the appliance to ensure proper operation

After the Repair

  • You'll receive an itemized invoice
  • We'll explain any warranty coverage
  • The technician will answer any questions about maintenance

What We Need from You

  • Access to the appliance
  • Information about the problem
  • Someone 18+ present during the visit
  • Payment upon completion (unless arranged otherwise)
